Alexandra Peters is the founder of The Deal Digest, a platform that provides quick and digestible insights into upcoming M&A trends and topics. As an incoming Masters of Corporate Law student and aspiring corporate solicitor, Alexandra has always had a fascination for understanding the commercial drivers behind financial markets and how corporate lawyers can act as legal and business advisers to provide solutions in a commercial and regulatory framework.

 

The Deal Digest was born out of Alexandra's own struggle to find a cost-effective, comprehensible, and quick way to stay updated on the latest M&A trends and topics without having to rely on in-depth and costly sources such as the Economist and the Financial Times, despite their immense value.

 

The Deal Digest provides a solution to this problem by offering a free and efficient way to stay updated on the latest M&A trends from the growth of ESG due diligence in deal valuation to the impact of foreign direct investment on M&A transactions and so much more.
